Voice features are a core part of Lyrin's experience. When you use voice-based features, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to your audio recordings and speech transcripts for any purpose, including:

• Providing real-time feedback and pronunciation guidance
• Training and improving speech recognition models
• Developing new AI-powered language learning tools
• Creating commercial products and services
• Sharing anonymized datasets with third parties

We may retain audio recordings and transcripts indefinitely, even after you delete your account, to enhance our AI systems. While we may anonymize this data, our rights to use it remain broad and unrestricted.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your data in limited situations, including:

• With service providers who help us host, store, process payments, or analyze usage
• For legal compliance, such as responding to valid court orders or regulatory requests

These rights survive termination and cannot be revoked, even if you delete your account.
